Actress Sahiba Bali wonders if it is ghosts? Her Egyptian tomb and crystal mementos vanish mysteriously

Sahiba Bali, widely admired for her impactful performances on screen, has also carved out a niche for herself as a digital creator. Excelling in both fields, she has gained significant attention over the past few years through her roles in projects like Amar Singh Chamkila, Tanaav, and Laila Majnu. Recently, however, Sahiba stunned her followers by sharing a chilling personal incident on Instagram that quickly caught the attention of the internet.

Known for preferring a life away from excessive public exposure despite being both an actor and an influencer, Sahiba posted a story that soon went viral on Reddit. In her post, she admitted she doesn't firmly believe in ghosts or supernatural beings but does have faith in the existence of different kinds of energies.

She confessed that she wasn’t even sure why she was compelled to share the experience. In a selfie video, Sahiba showed a table where she had placed some souvenirs brought back from Egypt—items including dates, pieces of jewelry, a small tomb figurine, and a crystal fragment.

Speaking about the strange event, Sahiba explained: "A tomb usually symbolizes death, and the crystal was part of a pyramid artifact. I had arranged all of them neatly last night before sleeping. When I woke up this morning, no one had entered my room. The dates and jewelry were still there, but mysteriously, the tomb and the crystal were gone. It’s extremely strange because I thoroughly searched every corner of my room. Everything else remained untouched except those two items, which had vanished."

Following her post, Reddit users chimed in with their interpretations. One user suggested that sometimes such objects absorb negative energy and then disappear as a result. Another Redditor referenced an ancient Egyptian myth about "Sah-Hekau"—guardian spirits linked to objects associated with death—adding that these beings don’t always appear physically. Others reacted more humorously, with comments like, "Pretty people can be ghost-crazy too," and another joking, "She must have been high!"

Separately, fans may recall that cricketer Shreyas Iyer was recently seen having light-hearted moments with Sahiba. In a viral clip, she jokingly called Shreyas rude because he didn’t invite her to his gym session. During their banter inside a car, Sahiba complimented his tattoo, calling it detailed, while Shreyas remarked it was 'immaculate.' Their playful exchange continued as she teased him for not including her in his gym plans. A user humorously speculated, "Maybe Shreyas took the tomb and crystal—ask him once!"

Previously, in an interview with Hindustan Times, Sahiba talked about setting healthy boundaries with social media. She shared that maintaining distance helps preserve her personal life. Recalling an incident, she said when she bought a new car, the dealership encouraged her to create a celebratory Reel like many influencers do, but she refused, stating, "I didn’t feel like doing it, even if that’s the norm."
