New York based Rockwell Group has partnered with Noida-based realty developer CRC Group to design the club house of an uber-luxury residential project in Greater Noida.
Earlier, Dubai-based architect Shaun Killa had tied up with the builder for the same project.
“Rockwell Group’s expertise in designing prominent spaces perfectly aligns with our vision for CRC Greens. We want the project and clubhouse to be among the top three in the world,” said Kunal Bhalla, Founder and CEO of CRC Group.
Rockwell Group has previously worked on several renowned projects in India. Their portfolio includes globally acclaimed ventures like The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas and Nobu Hotels.
"Designing the clubhouse at CRC Greens goes beyond aesthetics—it’s about creating a space that offers community, serenity, and a sense of belonging. Our design will reflect the sophistication of the entire development, providing a tranquil haven where residents can relax, connect, and enjoy the finest in luxury living,” said Greg Keffer, Rockwell Group.
The company is expected to receive necessary approvals for the project in the ongoing quarter and will launch it after that.

The upcoming CRC project will feature between 375 to 400 exclusive luxury units, with an emphasis on creating a unique living experience.
