Mango is one of the most liked fruits in the summer season. Everyone is crazy about its sweetness. People like it so much that they do not get tired even after consuming it in large quantities. Once you start, you feel like eating it again and again. Many types of dishes are prepared from mango. Right now we are talking about mango Shrikhand. It is mainly very popular in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. Its wonderful taste wins over everyone. It is a dish that gives relief from heat and does not take much time to prepare. We are giving you information about its very easy recipe.

Ingredients
1 kg curd
1/2 cup ripe mango pulp
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 tsp saffron
1/4 cup sugar powder
Cotton cloth
A large vessel
1 tbsp finely chopped pistachios
Recipe
- First of all, spread a cotton cloth on a vessel. - Pour curd on it and fold the cloth to make a bundle and tie it.
- Now hang the bundle so that the water from the curd drains out. Hang it for at least 2 hours.
- After the stipulated time, open the bundle and take out the chakka made of curd in a vessel.

- Add mango pulp, cardamom powder, saffron, and sugar powder in this chakka.
- Beat all the ingredients well. You can also use a whisk if you want.
- Take out the prepared Mango Shrikhand in a serving bowl.
- Sprinkle pistachios on it and keep it in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
