Are We Living In Afghanistan Or India?: Sufi Islamic Board Slams Taliban-Style Attack On Woman In Karnataka (Video)

The Sufi Islamic Board has denounced the attack on a burqa-clad woman outside a mosque in Davengere, Karnataka, by radical Islamists. The 38-year-old woman was beaten with sticks and pipes by a mob Taliban-style be because her husband questioned her fidelity.

National president of the board  Mansoor Khan stated that the shocking "incident makes one wonder  as it we are living in Afghanistan or Syria or  not in a Constitutionally- governed nation." He appeals to the Karnataka government  to view the incident as a challenge to the laws of the land  by Gazwa E Hind gangs in our country.

This is not Taliban in Afghanistan, but India.

If the man suspected the victim's fidelity, then he had the option of divorcing her. But what happened in Davangera is clearly unacceptable.
