Last year Shark has tapped into the beauty market and launched their first LED mask, the , and it has since become my go-to beauty product for a quick pick-me-up. It offers anti-ageing, blemish repair and under-eye cooling treatments in less than 10 minutes.

While there are many beauty tech products featuring light therapy, the CryoGlow specifically targets saggy bags under the eyes and it's currently on offer online.

I simply fastened the mask using the adjustable velcro strap and selected a five, 10 or 15-minute routine for a soothing and refreshing experience. Following the advice, I moved on to the Skin Sustain mode after an 8-week cycle of Better Ageing and Blemish Repair. I woke up to a brighter complexion with a soft glow. The only thing I've noticed when using, compared to other devices I've tried, is the weight of the mask, it is heavy.

My skin is now in better condition as I continue with my daily skincare routine. The only downside is that it's heavier compared to a silicone LED mask, and while it feels secure, I do have to lie down during the 10-minute treatment.
