Jaipur: Education minister Madan Dilawar, during a review meeting Tuesday, instructed officials to stay in gram panchayats at least four times a month.
"Real assessment of the ground situation is not possible without field visits. Department officials must stay in gram panchayats for at least four days a month to understand the ground reality of the schemes and take necessary steps for the overall development of students," said Dilawar.
He clarified that the govt will bear all travel and accommodation expenses during field visits, and each officer must submit their report on time. TNN
