Wild training sessions have formed a kind of identity for the former light heavyweight champion Jiří Procházka . From boxing in the woods, hitting the trees, and locking himself up in a dark room to sparring while standing on a frozen lake, he has done it all. After his last win against Jamahal Hill , Jiří Procházka is currently focused on his training, as revealed through an unconventional training video Jiří Procházka’s last ring appearance was against Jamahal Hill at UFC 311, where the former knocked out Hill and secured a win.
