SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir Police Friday attached the property of a Pakistan-based terrorist handler , identified as Habibullah Ganie of Palpora Qaziabad .
The property in north Kashmir’s Handwara area — about 100km from Srinagar — was attached after the court granted the requisite permission under CrPC Section 88.
“The property was identified as belonging to absconders during the police investigation. The operation reaffirms the police’s commitment to combat terror activities,” J&K Police said in a statement.
